MANSFIELD — Board of Assessors approves property abatements and exemption. The Mansfield Board of Assessors unanimously approved four property abatement applications and one statutory exemption application under Section 22E during its February 18 meeting. The board, chaired by Greg Matoian with Clerk Dana J.
St. James and Member Vijay Popat present, also approved weekly motor vehicle abatements. The substantive applications were reviewed in executive session and voted on in open meeting.
Chairperson Matoian welcomed newest member Vijay Popat. Next meeting scheduled for March 11, 2026.
