Mansfield Board of Health bans Kratom, enforces federal tobacco regulations. The board voted unanimously to ban all forms of Kratom, effective March 15, 2026, and to enforce federal regulations on tobacco and nicotine product marketing and sales for products sold after 2007, effective May 15, 2026. Members tested two nicotine pouches marketed as non-flavor and determined no detectable flavors, voting unanimously to allow continued sales at local tobacco retailers.
The board also unanimously approved a quarterly pumping schedule variance for City Girl Cupcakes.
