Mansfield Board of Assessors approves four property tax abatements. Chairperson Greg Matoian and the board unanimously approved abatement applications for Steven Schoonveld (20 Newton Street), Lisa Murphy for Mansfield Skincare Spa LLC (12 Pratt Street, Suite 102), Wayne M and Bethann Upham (11 Freedom Trail), and Thomas G. and Lois McGinnes (6 Surrey Drive) after reviewing them in Executive Session. Chief Assessor Ann MacCarthy was also directed to provide open meeting minutes from 2023-2026 to Patrick Higgins under open meeting law, while the board deemed Executive Session minutes confidential and committed to periodic review for potential release.
