Planning Board approves residential conversion at 150 Oakland; reschedules three hearings.
Planning Board · Meeting of March 11, 2026
MANSFIELD — Planning Board moves three hearings to March 25 due to snowstorm notice failure. Director Sarah Raposa explained that a three-day publication interruption caused the Sun Chronicle to miss the 14-day statutory notice requirement for hearings at 500 East Street, 71 Maple Street, and the data center zoning bylaw amendment. The Board voted unanimously to endorse an Approval Not Required subdivision plan for Currivan Family Living Trust's three-lot division at 300 East Street, all meeting frontage and area requirements.
Chair Sharon Friedman's Board also unanimously granted a withdrawal for a 321 School Street electric vehicle charging project after the plan review committee recommended denial on traffic safety grounds. A Special Permit Modification hearing for Zakary Medeiros at 249 Oakland Street was continued to March 25.
