Board of Assessors approves motor vehicle abatements

MANSFIELD — The Mansfield Board of Assessors unanimously approved weekly motor vehicle abatements at its May 13 meeting. Chair Greg Matoian, Clerk Dana J. St.
James, and Member Vijay Popat, joined by Chief Assessor Ann MacCarthy and Counsel James F. Sullivan, also approved by majority vote the previous meeting's minutes. The board entered executive session to discuss updates from Counsel regarding abatement tax board case negotiations.
