MANSFIELD — Board of Assessors approves eight tax exemptions in executive session. The Mansfield Board of Assessors unanimously approved eight real estate tax exemptions for fiscal year 2026 under various Massachusetts General Law exemption codes during closed session, including applications for properties at 10 Eric Road, 660 Ware Street, 166 Jewell Street, 542 Fruit Street, 17 Elyse Road, 26 Oakleaf Drive, 1046 Maple Street, 9 Davis Street, and 101 Plain Street. In related business, the board sustained a real estate abatement previously granted to the 20 Newton Street Trust, finding that applicant Steven W.
Schoonveld's deadline to appeal remained unchanged by a re-discussion meeting.
