Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of May 19, 2026

Mansfield Zoning Board accepts withdrawal of variance application for 126 Union Street. The applicants, Timothy T. Lynch and Alison B.

Fleming as Trustees of the Lynch Fleming Living Trust, sought two setback variances to enable subdivision and place a single-family home on the property; attorney Michael Spillane represented the applicants. The board voted 4-0 to accept withdrawal without prejudice, allowing the applicants to resubmit later.
