MANSFIELD — The Select Board and School Committee jointly appointed Jamie Vitonis to fill a vacant School Committee seat following candidate interviews on January 27. Five members voted for Vitonis, while three backed Aaron Hyre in a preference vote that included candidates Alma Richeh and Michael Robinson. Select Board Chair Walter Wilk and members Kostas Loukas, Michael Feck, and Maureen R.
Doherty participated in the selection process alongside School Committee representatives. The boards adjourned unanimously at 7:45 p.m.
