Mansfield Finance Committee approves three reserve transfers totaling $181,533 for emergency maintenance. Chair Sara Walsh presided over unanimous approval of $102,712.06 for the Water Division, $53,821.11 for Public Buildings, and $25,500 for Highway Department. Acting Town Manager Josh Reinke also presented FY27 budget planning, revealing a $5.1 million shortfall with health insurance costs projected to increase 18 percent.
