Mansfield Conservation Commission sets restoration deadline for six-property wetland violations. The board, with Chair Michael Healey, continued enforcement action begun in 2022, setting May 6 as the deadline for property owners to submit joint restoration plans for filled wetlands, unauthorized structures, and encroachment across 120 Forbes Boulevard, 130 Forbes Boulevard, and three West Street properties plus O'Reilly Tree Service. A Conservation agent was threatened on site during proceedings, requiring police intervention.
The Commission also approved Orders of Conditions for single-family dwellings at 35 and 40 Cobb Street.
