Board of Health · Meeting of January 8, 2026
MANSFIELD — Board of Health escalates enforcement against Mansfield House of Pizza to risk level 3. Owner Keroles Mikhaeal attended the January 8 meeting to address fat, oil, and grease violations and food protection deficiencies discovered during September, October, and December 2025 inspections by regional health inspector Mr. Duquette.
A December re-inspection alone found two priority violations, four priority foundation violations, and four core violations. The establishment now faces three inspections per year. Separately, the Board unanimously re-elected Kasia Frenette as Chair and Emily Beura as Clerk, and scheduled final votes on proposed Kratom regulations and Body Art Establishment modifications for upcoming meetings.
