MANSFIELD — Select Board appoints Mallory Aronstein as Town Manager after interviewing three candidates. The five-member board unanimously voted to appoint Aronstein, the current Town Manager of Swansea, subject to successful employment contract negotiations. Board members cited her creative problem-solving, 18 years in municipal government, and ability to interact effectively with staff.
Chair Walter Wilk was authorized to negotiate a salary between $220,900 and $235,000 in executive session guidance from Town Counsel.
