Town schedules hydrant flushing for Tuesday
The town announced an overnight hydrant flushing program for Tuesday, Oct. 20, from midnight to 6 a.m. on 14 streets, along with a water conservation tip.
The town announced Oct. 19 that crews will conduct a hydrant flushing program overnight on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.
The flushing will take place on Stearns Avenue, Carriage House Lane, Freedom Trail, Colonial Drive, Pilgrim Road, Plantation Road, Wicklow Lane, Cavan Crossing, Kerry Drive, Fredrick Lane, Gander Lane, Clemintine Drive, Shadybrook Lane and Erick Road.
Along with the schedule, the town shared a water conservation tip of the day, encouraging residents to wash full loads in dishwashers and clothes washers to conserve water.
