Mansfield Select Board reorganizes and raises Mansfield Green sticker fee to $40. Walter Wilk was unanimously elected Chair, Kostas Loukas Vice-Chair, and Mark Corsillo Clerk, while the Light Commissioners were reorganized with Michael Feck as Chair. Town Manager Mallory Aronstein's fee-increase package passed unanimously across multiple departments, with the Mansfield Green sticker rising from $20 to $40 for residents effective January 1, 2027, while remaining free for seniors over 60.
The Board approved increases for building permits, fire and water department permits, zoning applications, and Mansfield Green disposal fees for electronics, propane tanks, tires, and appliances, effective July 1, 2026, with conservation and planning board fees also approved separately.
