S&P Revises Mansfield Bond Outlook To Negative

MANSFIELD — S&P Global Ratings has revised its outlook on Mansfield's general obligation bonds from stable to negative, a shift that could shape the town's borrowing costs in the years ahead, according to a report from the ratings agency published Monday. The change lands in a week already packed with civic business, including a state primary election and several town committee meetings.
