Mansfield Sends Residents New Warning On Cyber Scam Tactics

MANSFIELD — Mansfield's Information Technologies office issued a fresh cybersecurity communication this week, walking residents through a real-world scam scenario and how to resolve it, the latest in an ongoing series of town scam-awareness letters.

The town's Information Technologies department published a new cybersecurity letter this week outlining a specific cyber-scam scenario and steps for resolving it, continuing a running series of resident-facing scam warnings posted to the town's IT webpage. Past letters in the series remain archived there for residents who want to review previous scam scenarios.
