Mansfield Housing Corporation declines Mass Housing grant for Erick Road mixed-use development. The five-member board, chaired by Lou Amoruso, learned the state declined its application citing small lot size, though Massachusetts Housing offered continued RFP support. The MHC voted unanimously to submit overdue annual reports to the Commonwealth for fiscal years 2020-2025 and approved a $5,000 treasurer's liability bond.
Member James Taylor announced his resignation effective February 1 due to out-of-state relocation. The board will review an Application for Revival at its February meeting.
