Mansfield Electric Launches New Customer Satisfaction Survey

Mansfield Electric is asking residents to weigh in on their service experience through a new customer satisfaction survey, part of the town-owned utility's push to earn outside recognition for its customer care.

TOWN HALL Mansfield Electric posted a customer satisfaction survey this week, inviting residents to share feedback on their experience with the town-owned utility. Officials said the results will support the department's efforts to earn recognition for outstanding customer service.

COMING UP The 250th Celebration Committee meets Thursday, Aug. 27, and the Conservation Commission meets Monday, Aug. 31. Agendas for both sessions are posted on the town's online calendar.
